She is the Founder of Queen’s Care Coaching and owner of T. Victoria & Co., equipping educators and leaders through coaching and innovative services. A Certified Professional Development Trainer with SC Endeavors, she is passionate about infant and toddler mental health and committed to creating inclusive, equitable environments where teachers, children, and families thrive. Tyniko holds a Doctorate in Christian Leadership, a Master of Science in Mental Health & Wellness, a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Administration, and an Associate of Applied Science in Early Care & Education.
