After briefly stepping away, she returned to the field in 2018 with renewed dedication. As a leader, Monique fosters a supportive, enriching environment where children feel safe, valued, and prepared for success. Her unwavering commitment to early education continues to shape young lives and strengthen families within the community.

Shalis Taylor is a dedicated educator and mother of three who found her passion for child development through an unexpected career shift from hospitality management to early childhood education. Beginning as a part-time afterschool teacher in 2013, she quickly discovered her calling in nurturing young minds. Shalis is committed to fostering strong partnerships with families and preparing children for a seamless transition to elementary school. Her innovative teaching methods, love for movement, and belief in holistic development make her an inspiring force in early education, shaping bright futures through dedication, creativity, and a deep love for learning.

Sharon is an enthusiastic and skilled Daycare Curriculum Specialist dedicated to creating engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. With a deep understanding of early childhood education, she designs curriculum that fosters creativity, curiosity, and social-emotional growth. With over 20 years of experience supporting daycare providers and educators, she ensures a nurturing environment where every child can thrive, develop essential skills, and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
